We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make at www.styletranslate.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
What can be returned?
Most products sold on www.styletranslate.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept returns in the following situations:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads or software
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
How to request a return:
To request a return, please contact us at refund@styletranslate.com. Let us know your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.
Return shipping costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund time frame:
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Refund method:
We will issue your refund in the original form of payment used for the purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to that same credit card.
Sale and clearance items:
Sale and clearance items are final purchases. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sale or clearance items.
Defective or damaged items:
If your item arrives defective or becomes damaged during the returns process, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. You may request a replacement item or a full refund.
